My family had just moved from the city to a small town of about 900 people,.
We had been living in our house for about one year at this time. My brother and I had our rooms upstairs, and in between our rooms, there was a room that, for some reason, nobody could ever open the door to.
Well, I went to sleep one night and woke up around midnight, or 1:00am, to get something to drink.
When I got up, I looked outside and everything was really different. It looked almost like the 1930’s: the car, the buildings – everything – was weird looking to me.
I got this really bad feeling in my stomach . . . and then, all of a sudden, a woman in white walked into my yard and looked straight up at me. I couldn’t see her face; it was just white.
Then she looked away and started walking to our back door, and within seconds I went to walk outside my room and planned on walking downstairs. But as soon as I walked out of my room, the lady was already floating up the stairs, and she turned and started walking towards the room that we couldn’t get into. She looked at me. Still, I couldn’t see her face. Then she turned to open the door and it opened. She walked in and I followed her, and then she jumped out of the bedroom window.
I was freaking out because I had never seen a ghost. I thought that someone just jumped out of the window, so I ran downstairs to my parent’s room and told them what happened, and my parents told me to go back to bed, that I was dreaming, so I went to my room and went to sleep, and the next morning, when I woke up and went to walk downstairs, I stopped and just curious I tried to open the door.
IT OPENED, so I walked inside the room.
The window that the lady had jumped out of was boarded up, and there was an old baby’s crib and a rocking chair in there, and nothing else.
To this day, I still get goosebumps everytime I talk about that experience.
